Mr. Mullen is a Managing Director of AMB International Finance. He is former Deputy General Counsel, Acting General Counsel, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Democracy and Governance, and Assistant Administrator for Private Enterprise at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
